Website use

You may use this website for lawful business research and enquiries. You must not disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful material.

Engagements

Scope, fees, timing, responsibilities and deliverables are confirmed in a written proposal or statement of work. That signed document prevails if it conflicts with these general terms.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful authority to share data, accurate project information, timely access and stakeholder decisions. Unless expressly agreed, data should be aggregated or pseudonymised and exclude unnecessary personal information.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in your data and materials. On full payment, you may use final project deliverables internally. System Nodehub retains its pre-existing methods, templates and general know-how, without your confidential information.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect confidential information and use it only for the engagement, subject to legal disclosure obligations.

Warranties and liability

Analysis supports business judgment but cannot guarantee a particular opt-in rate, retention result or commercial outcome. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected engagement; neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination and law

Either party may terminate as stated in the proposal, including for material breach not remedied after notice. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia.
