Refund and cancellation policy
Because analytics work is tailored and time-based, refund eligibility depends on the work already reserved and completed.
Before work starts
You may cancel in writing within 7 calendar days of accepting a proposal and receive a full refund of amounts paid, provided the scheduled start date has not arrived and you have not asked us to begin early.
Deposits and reserved time
A proposal may require a deposit to reserve analyst time. If you cancel fewer than 5 business days before the agreed start, the portion reasonably covering reserved time is non-refundable. Any remaining unused balance will be returned.
Work already started
After work begins, completed analysis, workshops, data preparation and other time already spent are non-refundable. If the engagement ends early, we calculate a partial refund for prepaid, unperformed work after deducting completed work and non-cancellable project costs disclosed to you.
Full refunds and exceptions
If System Nodehub cannot deliver the agreed service and no suitable reschedule or revised scope is accepted, payments for undelivered work are refunded in full. Purchased third-party data, specialist services or materials approved for your engagement are non-refundable unless the supplier refunds them.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Sessions may be rescheduled once without charge with at least 2 business days' notice. Later changes may incur a fee stated in your proposal. A no-show may be treated as delivered analyst time, though we will make reasonable efforts to provide written material or find a new time.
How to request a refund
Use our contact form or call +60 3-6184 1736. Include your company, proposal or invoice reference, reason and preferred contact details. We acknowledge requests within 3 business days.
Processing and payment method
Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method where possible. Your bank may require additional processing time. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
